Abstract

This article introduces a special set of exercises for the effective organization of the process of physical education for preschool children, the development of their physical qualities in relation to their age, as well as the development of levels of physical fitness. The purpose of our research is to carry out    a study into the development of physical qualities of  children aged 5-7, as well as the analysis of indicators of physical development of preschool children. As the correct physical education of preschoolers is one of the most significant importance, this article intends to assist with providing general and specific ways in order to preserve the health of preschoolers. Furthermore, their positive impacts on physical development, the formation of motor skills, physical qualities of them.
