METHODOLOGY OF SELECTING SCHOOLCHILDREN FOR SPORTS GAMES THROUGH ACTIVE GAMES
Abstract
The article examines the methodology and effectiveness of selecting schoolchildren for team sports through active games. The research results allow assessing children’s physical fitness and optimizing individual training programs.
