METHODOLOGY FOR IDENTIFYING AND ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN PROSPECTIVE TEACHERS
Abstract
This article focuses on the methodology for identifying and assessing the level of emotional intelligence in prospective teachers. It analyzes the importance of emotional intelligence in the process of pedagogical professional training, as well as existing assessment methods, including interactive tests, questionnaires, and self-assessment techniques. The research findings indicate that identifying the level of emotional intelligence among prospective teachers creates opportunities to enhance their readiness for pedagogical activity and to develop their socio-emotional skills.
