Abstract

Scientific research is being conducted on the development of pedagogical and psychological features of self-management during the student period, including self-activation, self-awareness, self-development, and self-disclosure. The study emphasizes the importance of these personal qualities in fostering moral behavior, independence, and professional growth among university students. The findings highlight that the formation of moral qualities is closely related to students’ ability to manage themselves effectively and to develop a conscious attitude toward their personal and academic responsibilities.
