CHARACTERISTICS OF GYMNASTICS TRAINING FOR PRESCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN
Abstract
The article is dedicated to improving the physical fitness of children aged 3-7 who engage in sports gymnastics at the sports and recreational training stage. The age characteristics of preschool children and the methods of developing basic physical qualities - strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance - are considered. The effectiveness of a comprehensive and safe approach to organizing training aimed at the harmonious development and health improvement of young gymnasts has been demonstrated.
