A SCIENTIFIC-THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH PEDAGOGICAL, MANAGEMENT, AND SYSTEMS-BASED APPROACHES
Abstract
This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the concept of educational process effectiveness in higher education institutions within the frameworks of pedagogical, management, and systems approaches. The research findings elucidate the conceptual essence of educational process effectiveness and its interconnections with learning outcomes, management mechanisms, and systemic components. The pedagogical approach highlights the didactic and competency-based foundations of effectiveness, while the management approach focuses on aspects related to resource management and quality management. The systems approach, in turn, demonstrates the interactions among the structural elements of the educational process. As a result of the study, an integrated conceptual model of educational process effectiveness is proposed.
