THE TRANSFORMATIVE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON TEACHING WORD COMBINATIONS
Abstract
This article examines the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teaching word combinations, with a particular focus on collocations, phrasal verbs, idioms, and lexical chunks in English language learning. Through analyzing AI-based tools, adaptive learning systems, and corpus-driven platforms, the study highlights how AI enhances vocabulary acquisition, improves learner autonomy, and increases instructional efficiency. The findings demonstrate that AI-driven approaches lead to higher retention rates, personalized learning paths, and improved communicative competence.
