METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF YOUNG FOOTBALL PLAYERS
Abstract
This scientific article examines the methodology for developing the psychophysiological characteristics of young football players and its impact on sports performance. During the study, special exercises based on visual and auditory signals were developed and implemented in practice. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in the physical, functional, and psychophysiological indicators of young athletes.
