ANALYSIS OF TECHNICAL AND TACTICAL ACTIONS OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED FEMALE KARATE WKF ATHLETES IN THE COMPETITIVE PROCESS
Abstract
This article analyzes the technical and tactical actions of elite female athletes during the competition process. The study examined the combat activity of elite female karateka, specifically winners of international competitions, highlighting the effectiveness of their offensive, counter-attacking, defensive, and combination movements. Based on the results obtained, practical recommendations have been developed, which can positively impact the training process when implemented in training sessions. Furthermore, the article attempts to clearly present an analysis of data from specialists regarding the preparation of female karateka. A comparative study of technical-tactical actions was conducted based on statistical analysis.
