Abstract

The article provides an experimental justification of the effectiveness of six systematic methodologies (TF“IS”2 two-year strategic planning, DIM/1+7 internal league competitions, TF–Y8 analysis and renewal of coaching activity, RT/N+10 digital technologies and non-standard equipment, RAMP-17 — rating and reward system, XMI+2/20 international standard indicators) of the “Leader–Coach” 6 model, aimed at improving coaching activity based on a systematic approach, and develops the mechanisms for implementing the model in sports practice. The experiment was conducted in several regions of Uzbekistan, involving more than 120 basketball coaches and about 400 young athletes, comparing experimental (EG) and control (CG) groups. The results revealed statistically significant improvement in the experimental group (P<0.05–0.001) and unreliable changes in the control group (P>0.05). The high effectiveness, alignment with international standards and practical significance of the model were confirmed.
