Abstract

This study examines the psychological characteristics of conflict situations occurring within student groups through the application of the Thomas–Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI). The prevalence of various conflict management strategies was statistically assessed, and the interrelationships among these strategies were identified through empirical analysis. The findings provide insights into students’ behavioral patterns in conflict situations and contribute to a deeper understanding of conflict management processes in educational settings. Based on the obtained results, practical recommendations were developed to enhance effective conflict management and foster a positive socio-psychological environment within student communities.
