Abstract

Today, the global scientific community is conducting multifaceted innovative research across various fields of science and practice, including physical education and sport. In the physical education system of primary school students, particular importance is attached to improving fundamental motor skills, expanding motor potential, developing basic physical qualities such as strength, speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility, as well as activating and optimizing psychophysiological processes, including attention, perception, and motor reactions. In this regard, the use of innovative digital technologies aimed at developing speed and agility in primary school students is becoming increasingly important.
