EDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR SUSTAINING PARTICIPANTS’ MOTIVATION IN MASS TABLE TENNIS COMPETITIONS

Abstract

The article examines the pedagogical conditions that contribute to developing and sustaining participants’ motivation in mass table tennis competitions. Practical recommendations are substantiated, including a combination of intrinsic satisfaction derived from sporting activity, social interaction, consideration of individual goals, a differentiated approach to organizing participation, and methodological support after the competitions. The implementation of the proposed conditions is aimed at maintaining participants’ interest in sport and encouraging their transition to regular physical activity.
