THE USE OF DEVELOPMENTAL METHODS IN DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ CREATIVE QUALITIES IN “TECHNOLOGY” LESSONS

Abstract

In terms of their didactic potential, such methods as “Brainstorming,” “Focal Objects,” “Morphological Box,” “Six Thinking Hats,” “Mental Map” (“Cognitive Map”), “Synectics,” and “Indirect Strategies” are recognized as methods for developing an individual’s creativity. Taking into account the educational potential of the “Brainstorming,” “Six Thinking Hats,” and “Morphological Box” methods, their appropriate and purposeful use in developing students’ creative qualities in “Technology” lessons guarantees the expected results. This article discusses this issue.
