ANALYSIS OF VESTIBULAR APPARATUS OSCILLATIONS IN HANDBALL PLAYERS AT THE TRAINING STAGE USING THE “FORCEPLATFORMSMART” SOFTWARE

Abstract

The levels of vestibular apparatus oscillations in the control group of handball players were determined at the beginning and end of the training sessions using the “ForcePlatformSmart” software. Based on the results obtained, relevant proposals and recommendations were developed. When examining the levels of vestibular apparatus oscillations in the control group of handball players involved in our study, using the “ForcePlatformSmart” software at the beginning and end of the training sessions, the following results were obtained. At the beginning of the study, along the X-axis, K-v A. demonstrated oscillations within the range of 13/-16 before exercise, while after exercise, the oscillation range changed to 13/-17. At the end of the study, along the X-axis, oscillations within the range of 14/-16 were observed before exercise, while after exercise, the oscillation range remained within 14/-16.
