Abstract

This article analyzes the scientific and methodological foundations for improving the technical and tactical actions of freestyle wrestlers at the stage of sports perfection. It examines the biomechanical characteristics of technique execution, tactical thinking and decision making, and the influence of special physical and psychophysiological preparedness on technical-tactical skill. An approach is substantiated that combines training means oriented to the demands of competitive activity, optimization of load–rest cycles, functional monitoring and recovery. The analysis indicates that improving technical and tactical actions is more effective when a comprehensive methodology is used that harmonizes physical, psychophysiological and biomechanical aspects of preparation.
