Abstract

In this article, the classification of the lexical transformations is studied. The classifications which are given by the scholars to differentiating the types of the lexical transformations are explained on the basis of examples. Also, the comparison of the lexical transformations is based on the source and target language texts which are taken from the English translation versions of Abdulla Qadiri’s novel “Oʻtkan kunlar”.
