DEVELOPMENT OF STRENGTH ABILITY IN HIGHLY QUALIFIED WRESTLERS WITH ISOKINETIC EXERCISES AND COMPUTED COMPUTER MEASURING DEVICE
Abstract
This article develops new tools and programs for the development of high-skilled belt wrestlers using isokinetic exercises and their assessment on the basis of computerized measurement equipment and the results of pedagogical experiments, and reveals the scientific significance of their application.
