INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES AS A TOOL FOR PROFESSIONAL PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT OF TEACHERS

This article highlights the main issues of improving the professional qualifications of teachers through the active introduction of interactive technologies into the educational process of professional retraining institutions, which allows to move to a qualitatively new stage of pedagogical activity, significantly increase its didactic, informational, methodological and technological capabilities. Also, the article covers the concepts of professional competence, modern information and communication technologies, interactive educational technologies, which means that almost all students should use interactive educational technologies based on dialogue and cooperation of all educational subjects.
