METHODS OF PREPARING FUTURE SPECIALISTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
This article briefly describes the content and essence of dual education to support young people's interest in acquiring professions and specialties. Tariffs are given for profession, professional qualities, and some concepts and terms that future specialists may encounter in their future professional activities. In addition, in the main part of the article, the opinions of various Uzbek and foreign scientists on the preparation of future specialists in professional educational institutions are studied, several methods, including the independent educational method of training kasbah, preparation for the profession based on digital education and opinions on training in the acmeological approach to the profession are presented.
