By examining case studies and best practices, the study identifies key barriers such as societal stereotypes and limited access to resources, offering practical solutions to overcome them. The findings suggest that integrating wrestling into school curriculums, providing mentorship opportunities, and fostering inclusive environments can significantly increase female participation in this traditionally male-dominated sport.
