BASICS OF SELF-DEFENSE AS AN EFFECTIVE MEANS OF PHYSICAL AND CIVIL-LEGAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS
Abstract
This article highlights the problems of violence in society, as well as ways to solve this problem. A self-defense technique has been developed, which includes striking techniques and techniques from sports such as judo and sambo.
