METHODOLOGY FOR IMPROVING THE PHYSICAL FITNESS OF ATHLETES THROUGH CIRCUIT TRAINING IN THE SPORT OF JUDO
Abstract
This scientific article studies the effect of circuit training on the general and special physical fitness of athletes in judo. During the research, experimental and control groups were formed, and a specially developed circuit training program was used for 8 weeks. The results showed that there were reliable positive changes in the indicators of strength, endurance, speed and special movement training of athletes.
