IMPROVING THE PHYSICAL FITNESS OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS IN SPORTS AND HEALTH-ORIENTED GROUPS
Abstract
This article presents data on improving the physical fitness of 16-year-old football players by optimizing the training load volume and norms during the general preparatory stage of the preparatory period.
