Abstract

Bakhmal district is a territory located in Jizzakh region. This article provides information on the socio-economic sectors of Bakhmal district during the 10 years before independence, including agriculture, the implementation of annual plans implemented in it among state farms included in the district, the level of implementation of tasks in the livestock sector, as well as the contribution of the population to the development of metallurgy, which is considered part of economic security, and what activities were organized for the population in cultural spheres, and the exchange of cultural experiences with other regions, along with the achievements achieved, some of the shortcomings observed. In this regard, the state of social security provided to the elderly and war veterans, who are considered among the most vulnerable segments of the population, was analyzed.
