FACTORS OF PROFESSIONAL SOCIALIZATION OF STUDENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

This article comprehensively analyzes the main factors influencing the process of professional socialization of students in higher educational institutions. In the educational process, the adaptation of the student to society, preparation for professional activity, formation of pedagogical competencies, conscious assimilation of social experience and achievement of the level of professional maturity of the individual are methodically analyzed. The interrelation of pedagogical, psychological, social and technological factors was studied. Based on the results obtained, effective mechanisms and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional socialization were developed.
