The training process included pair and trio exercises, small-sided games, modeling of tactical situations, defensive switching, signal-based attacks, and video analysis. The results showed that the special exercise program helps improve communication, tactical thinking, coordinated team actions, and the overall effectiveness of competitive performance in handball players.
