THE METHOD OF INCREASING THE PHYSICAL AND COMBAT READINESS OF MILITARY cadets THROUGH SAMBO TOOLS
Abstract
This article was discussed the issues of improving the physical and combat preparation of military cadets through sambo, creating a training plan, further improving physical and combat training, identifying training tools that effectively affect the physical and combat condition.
