THE ROLE OF VIRTUAL DIDACTIC TOOLS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
This article highlights the problems and disadvantages of using multimedia tools and the advantages of using multimedia tools in improving the quality of teaching in higher education institutions. In order to significantly improve the quality of education and scientific activity, the use of various information resources and multimedia educational materials, audio, video, telecommunications, information technology and technologies, developed on the basis of the latest achievements of science and technology, is gaining great importance. In the process of teaching "Information technologies in technical systems" in technical higher education institutions, the issue of using the didactic possibilities of multimedia electronic educational resources in forming the information-technological competence of students has not been sufficiently studied. Based on this, some aspects of the use of interactive elements in the multimedia electronic educational resource were considered.
