INDICATORS OF PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL PREPARATION OF CADETS PLAYING MINI-FOOTBALL AND FOOTBALL AT THE MIA ACADEMY
Abstract
The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs identified and analyzed the indicators of physical and technical training of cadets engaged in mini-football and football, and their physical qualities, such as speed, endurance, coordination, strength, as well as speed and strength qualities.
