HISTORY OF ORIGIN AND CURRENT STATE OF THE PROBLEM OF MANAGEMENT IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

In recent decades, fundamental changes have occurred in the preschool education system, which have seriously affected the problems of training, education and management at this stage of development of an educational institution. In the past, preschool institutions were on the brink of survival, however, in recent years there have been major changes in regulatory, administrative, and economic conditions that have made it possible to modernize all levels of preschool education. There is an obvious tendency to search for meaningful guidelines and specific educational forms that allow preschool institutions to find their own identity and find zest in their work. The article discusses history of origin and current state of the problem of management in preschool education.
